What if my payment won't go through?
In the event you are experiencing a 'Payment Fail' issue,
During regular hours: Contact a rep who can assist you further
After hours: You can wait and contact a rep next business day -or- finalize your order by selecting "Pay by Phone". Then contact our warehouse with your order number so we can further review the situation.
Please note: Orders processed with a "Pay by Phone" payment are held for a short time, If no payment has been made, the order will be canceled.
