- Order required over-size fee or cutting-fee but was not added at checkout, will require a rep to connect with customer
- Products being transferred from other warehouse, possible 1-3 day delay
- Product requires production time, possible 3-15 day delay
- Address not accepted by our shipping system, will require a rep to connect with customer
- Shipping holidays - keep updated with any holiday shipping delays
We ask that email and phone be accurate on orders for the primary purpose of connecting with customers about delays and order concerns. We do not sell this info nor send unsolicited emails.
