Possible Order Delays Before Warehouse Departure
The following situations may delay your order before it leaves our warehouse: (Note: shipping service delays by carriers are separate)
- Order required over-size fee or cutting-fee but was not added at checkout (Requires customer contact)
- Products being transferred from other warehouse (Possible 1-3 day delay)
- Product requires production time (Possible 3-15 day delay)
- Address not accepted by our shipping system (Requires customer contact)
- Shipping holidays - keep updated with any holiday shipping delays
We ask that email and phone information be accurate on all orders primarily so we can connect with you about any delays or order concerns. We do not sell this information nor send unsolicited emails.
