Birthday Party Planning Ideas – Invites
Arielle is a member of our team. She is excited to plan her daughter’s first birthday party so she can give her baby girl a special memory. We are going to follow along with her in the next few weeks and help her find all sorts of adorable ideas. You are invited to follow our Facebook Page as we will post other creative birthday ideas and update Ari’s progress.
This is her first step-making an adorable invitation card. She selected to make a mouse ears silhouette created with black card stock, Poptone Black Licorice Cover, and contrasting bright pink card stock, Poptone Razzle Berry Cover, so her invitation will look like a Minnie Mouse. Pink will be her main color for the whole birthday decoration, cute, right? a color for princess 🙂
This is the free tutorial she has followed to make the invitation (tutorial posted by Julie, a very talented artist). Arielle personalized this invite by adding a picture of her little girl and ribbon tied into a bow. If you like this idea and want to make a invitation card, feel free to customize and make it your own, enjoy!
Consider sharing your work… we would love you to share your Minnie Mouse invites as we are always very impressed with the talents of our customers.
Next week Arielle is going to work on wall decoration….Can’t wait! To view the 4 projects related to our Birthday Party, view our birthday intro page here.
