Instructions for wedding card: Refer to the photo.
I usually cut out all my parts first and then assemble the card design. Before cutting out the oval, stamp the wedding sentiment with the glue stamp, and using a brush, cover it with a small number of perfect pearls. Using a smaller clean brush, brush it off after about a minute. After about another minute, use a Kleenex to remove any stray powder. Don’t wipe too hard. Just flick the Kleenex after the stray ones. Spray it with some acrylic sealer to seal it. Before taking it out of the die, use Tahiti chalk powder and edge inside the die. Next, remove the oval from the die and edge it with the Biscotti. Using the gelly roll glitter pen, outline the oval around the blue Tahiti and over the stamped letters.
Die-cut the ovals and the lace corners. Cut the corners and the scalloped oval from the Fine Gold: the oval from the stamped white cardstock, centering the sentiment. Cut the Fine Gold cardstock so it is about 1/4″ smaller on each side than the white folded card. Using red liner tape, center it on the white card.
Using the Lagoon, cut a piece to fit inside the embossing folder. After embossing, trim it to make sure the design is all embossed and then center it on the Fine Gold, using red liner tape.
Using Cosmic Shimmer glue, place the Deco Lace corners on the card, referring to the photo. Arrange the gold scallop and the white oval to your liking and glue them down using some red liner tape and some Cosmic Shimmer glue on the bottom layer, since it is embossed.
Take about an 18″ of gold ribbon and assemble the bow. Cut a piece 6″ long. Wrap the ribbon into a flat bow that is about 2.75″ wide . Tape it to itself in the back, crossing the ends. Take a second piece about 5″ long and make a second flat bow, also tape to itself in the back. You are simply taking the ribbon and taping it to itself in the back, crossing the ends. The second bow should be 2″ long. Stack the bows and tape together. Take about 5″ of ribbon and wrap it around the two bows, tying it behind, so the tails hang down. Cut them at angles. Using red liner tape and glue, place the bow on the card.
Glue the pearls on the embossed blue background where the lattice crosses. You are done. Making memories to last a lifetime.
