Return Guidelines
If you need to return your product, please note the following conditions:
- Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be returned in the quantity that was purchased
- Products must be returned in undamaged, resalable condition
- 10% Restocking fee applied to all returns
- Refund amount: 100% of product price, minus 10% restocking fee (minus shipping price if shipped using free promotion)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (original shipping fees for "free shipping promotions" will be deducted from refund)
- Customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise
- All returns must include a copy of your email confirmation or packing slip
Exceptions
- Clearance products do not qualify for returns
- Items with custom scoring or cutting do not qualify for returns
